| After watching the peloton zip through Les Andelys, we drove down to Claude Monet's house and gardens at Giverny. As with his painting, Monet enjoyed experimenting with different colors and color combinations. His dining room is a bright, canary yellow and his kitchen a bright blue. Monet would order seeds through catalogs to try new things. The garden and lily pond are very peaceful. |
