| Colin wanted to see the Bayeux Tapestry since he learned about it when he was eight years old. So our trip to Normandy wouldn't be complete, without a visit to Bayeux. The Tapestry (which is actually an embroidery) was fascinating. We also visited the cathedral where the Tapestry hung. We enjoyed some cake in a patisserie. We also visited Omaha Beach and the Mulberry port at Arromanches. |
