In June we drove from Chicago to Colorado Springs with Steve and Alyssa,
on the way to Katrina and Elye's wedding in Salt Lake City. We
stayed with John and Dana, who showed us around Manitou Springs (we had
lunch at Cliff House), Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Gold Camp Road,
the Olympic Training Centre, the US Air Force Academy and Peterson Air
Force Base. We ate at lots of good restaurants, including a Moroccan restaurant where we were entertained by a flame throwing belly dancer, sat on cushions and ate with our hands. Dana took all the pictures on this page. |
