Colin used to get the train through Edale on the way to University, but had never got off the train and walked there until we did over Easter.  On Good Friday we hiked South, up Mam Tor and over to Castleton, where we had lunch at the Castle Inn.  Alyssa took lots (and lots) of pictures of all the sheep and lambs. 

On Saturday we hiked up a valley behind the Youth Hostel onto Kinder Scout, from where we had a great view across Edale to the hills we'd climbed the previous day.
